工作內容 :



Answer parents enquiries about courses and services in a timely manner through WeChat or phone, and ensure high-standard service quality;

Proactively communicate with parents about class experience and improve customer satisfaction;

Maintain good communication with Internal working parties, parents and teachers to ensure successful course setting;

Maintain and update the customer information form in a timely manner;

Long-term customer service and follow-up, recommend new courses, and promote referrals;

Provide necessary support to the department, such as collecting and sorting out the progress of students, positive feedback from parents, etc.;

Track the students learning progress, contact the teacher to provide a learning progress report, and send it to the parents in time.

上班時間: 五天工作, 輪班三更制, 早上9時至晚上10時, 每更工作9小時 (1個小時休息) , 晚更可以在家工作
