協助有特殊需要小學生解決功課疑難、溫習課本；協助進行遊戲時間、透過服務內容提升學生品德；安排及參與本會舉辦或與其他組織合辦的導師訓練及學生活動
Teacher/ Tutor
負責管理功輔班導師及學生、指導學生完成功課，核對功課，溫習默書、測驗、考試，或需於考試前協助預備溫習材料，需獨立工作及有效管理課堂秩序; Prospective employee(s) undertaking child-related work will be required to undergo the Sexual Conviction Record Check on a voluntary basis.
