負責函授製作乾花的方法、韓系插花知識、處理及保養不同乾花花材之技巧、綁紮及包裝花束之心得等。導師需編制整個教學課程，於開課前提交教學大綱，準備教材及課堂所需的工具、材料、資料，管理課堂秩序，解答學員疑問。
